Shipping

U.S. Orders

We process and ship most orders within two days of acceptance. You will receive notification via email for delays greater than two business days. We ship exclusively with FedEx and some, but not all deliveries will require a signature.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions or FedEx. In the event your package is lost by FedEx, we cannot guarantee any refunds for the ordered merchandise. We can however work with you to the best of our abilities to locate the lost package.

International Orders

We process and ship most orders within 48 hours of acceptance. You will receive notification via email for delays greater than 3 business days.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions or FedEx. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or the customs and import fees associated with. In the event your package is lost by FedEx, we cannot guarantee any refunds for the ordered merchandise. We can however work with you to the best of our abilities to locate the lost package.

Buyers accept all responsibility for delivery once LuxuryMenswear.com has shipped to the address provided. At this time all orders are shipped via FedEx. Some deliveries will require FedEx as only shipping option.

Once an item ships, LuxuryMenswear.com can no longer be responsible for it's delivery. Buyers take full responsibility to have a safe, accurate and secure location for delivery. Some deliveries will require a signature for the package and take personal delivery of items.
