Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

1. Item must be in exact original condition with all tags intact. Item cannot be altered, washed, dry cleaned or have scent of smoke or fragrance.

2. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN A BOX, just as when shipped to customer. ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN A BOX, MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

3. You will be responsible for return shipping and are welcome to use the shipping service of your choice. It is Highly Recommended that you have a Tracking Number for the shipment.

4. Return must contain all item hangers, bags, wrappings, pins, plastic and tissue.

5. Please add your name, address, telephone number and the reason for your return.

6. Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-4 Business days of acceptance. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit card processing. Shipping fees are not refundable.
